DavMail Gateway version: 5.5.1-3299 davmail.modeEWS davmail.url using mutt with imapuser set to email address when starting the mutt client: authenticating (LOGIN). As soon as Thunderbird tries to communicate with the server, the red symbol appears over DavMail icon. It also appeared not to do anything else - I tried telnetting into the IMAP/POP ports listed in ~/.davmail.properties but got 'Connection refused'. DavMail launches and the icon appears in taskbar.
